When we are selling our home, the goal is to allow someone else to picture themselves in the space.

It is no longer ours. But it is hopefully theirs.

THE CONDO WITH GOOD BONES.

Located in a complex that hadn’t been updated since 1963, this condo was begging to be brought into this decade. These guys knew that they couldn’t start their family with paneling on the walls, so, they taught themselves how to renovate a home.

They remodeled the entire condo themselves and I have to hand it to them - they did a great job. In a small space colors can really mess with you, so they went with white. The combination of knocking down some walls and throwing paint on the others is a sure fire way to make a space feel huge.

TO STAGE OR NOT TO STAGE

This rad little family was quickly outgrowing their Salt Lake City condo, so they knew it was time to build bigger. They were keenly aware that they had good style, but maybe just not enough of it in the right places. When we got in there we were excited that we had some good stuff to work with, but we also knew that we had to bring it up a level.

Before

Color was desperately needed, so we went bold with orange. I saw these chairs and knew that we needed them in this space to really tell a story! After that we turned their table, swapped out some furniture, threw up some art and finessed the bookshelves. And, voila! A space that feels beautiful while also making someone feel excited that they too could live here and own a retro set of orange chairs.

After

“I LOVED working with DIG! Bri really understood the best way to stage the home so it would sell fast for top dollar. She was able to help coordinate the rental of furniture pieces that tied my clients entire modern condo together and helped it sell in just a few days for over the ask price!”
